Born in Nacka, Stockholm (Sweden). Lives and works in Stockholm. Studied at Konstfack (University of Arts, Crafts and Design) in Stockholm, HDK-Valand Academy of Fine Art and Design, Umeå Academy of Fine Arts, Edinburgh College of Art, Oxford Brookes University and Gerlesborgsskolan in Stockholm. Currently studying again at Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts and Design (Stockholm).
Coming exhibition at the Swedish Royal Academy of Arts in 2025.
Holds a Master of Fine Arts with Distinction from the University for the Creative Arts (England).
Her artworks include sculptures, drawings, art installations and paintings.
Recently received a grant from the City of Stockholm and from Längmanska kulturfonden for her art project in dialogue with an existing public sculptural wall that is under a threat of being demolished.
This spring, in group show at SKF/Eldhunden, Stockholm. In 2021, in the drawing exhibition The Thinking Hand (Den tänkande handen) organized in collaboration with the Swedish Royal Academy of Arts and the Royal Palace.
In December 2020 – March 2021, sculptures and paintings were shown at a group exhibition at Norrtälje Konsthall, outside Stockholm.
In collections of local councils, regions and parishes in Sweden (Region Sörmland, Kumla kommun, Österåkers kommun, Spånga församling, etc) as well as in private collections.
Has received the Grant in Fine Arts from Galleri Helle Knudsen which came with an exhibition at the gallery. Have also received the Culture Grant of Norrtälje Municipality in Sweden (Norrtälje Kommuns Kulturstipendium) for her bronze sculptures. In 2018, she spent 20 days at an Artists-in-Residence in an old marble quarry together with fellow artists intensely working at their respective marble sculptures.
