In essence we promise you:

• 14 days money-back guarantee.
• Safe and secure shopping - pay by credit card or invoice.
• Delivery options include home delivery or to collect at the gallery or directly through the artist.
• Rest assured, if you don’t like what you have purchased, it doesn’t fit as you planned, or in fact, for whatever unexpected reason we’ll happily assist in getting the artwork returned.

Payments

At Artworks you choose to pay by credit card or invoice (invoice only within Sweden). Methods of payment is managed by Stripe and Klarna.

The payment terms are 14 days and the invoice will incur a charge of 50 SEK. To order by invoice, you must be over 18 years old and be registered in Sweden, and approved in the credit check conducted at the checkout, or have a registered company in Sweden. The invoice will be sent separately by email to the email address you specify at the time of purchase. If the payment is late, we will send you a reminder with a charge of currently 100 SEK added. We charge a default interest of 2 percent per month from the due date. In case of default the matter is subject to statutory debt collection. The debt collection fee is currently 180 SEK. We reserve the right, in individual cases, to refuse the delivery and review the client's creditworthiness.

Prices

All prices quoted include VAT, and exclude shipping. If otherwise it will be stated.

Delivery

Delivery within Sweden is priced at 650 SEK inclusive of VAT (assuming your artworks does not require special needs). We work with companies that specialise in art shipping which means that the art is handled very carefully and that you must be present on delivery. There is also the option for you to collect the artwork - free of charge.

We will notify you as soon as your order is ready to be dispatched. If it’s urgent and you need it quickly, for whatever reason, just let us know and we will organise a quick delivery.

Returns

You have the right to regret your purchase within 14 days. Contact us as soon as you can, and we will find the easiest way to return the artwork. The cost of returning the artwork will, unfortunately, be paid by you.

If you make any alterations to the work, such as adding a frame or a glass box, we sadly cannot offer the return, since it has been custom-made upon your request. If you are unsure what to do, get in contact and we will do our best to advice and make you confident. After all, buying art should be fun and simple.
