Alta Art Space

Alta Art Space is a non-commercial artist-run exhibition space, cultural platform and studio collective. Alta Art Space began hosting exhibitions in 2015 and is currently organised by artists: Julia Selin, Matti Sumari, Stina Malmqvist, André Talborn, Petter Dahlström Persson, Jens August Lindqvist and Ida Persson. The art space is situated in an old Ketchup factory and hosts around 10-12 exhibitions per year.

Galleri CC

Galleri CC was founded in Malmö in 2003 and is an non-commercial gallery financed by Malmö stad and Kulturrådet and run non-profit by artists situated in Malmö. At Galleri CC the artists steps in to the curators role and realises the exhibition concept in close collaboration with one or more invited artists. The gallery produces 8 exhibitions per year, consisting of separate, group and open calls. The foundation for the organisation is always in shifting condition where engagement from art and artists from around the world is what undermines och inspieras their content.

Galerie Leger

Malmö's most flamboyant art gallery, Galerie Leger, got fed up with its location at "Dockan" in Malmö and has since March 2017 occupied venue at Gustav Adolfs torg. The new premises fill up a total of 220 square meters and the business continues with the two charming brothers Yan and Claus Leger whose father established the gallery in 1960.

Galerie Leger hosts as many as ten exhibitions each year, mainly by contemporary Scandinavian artists. Two painters they have collaborated with over a long period of time are Anette Harboe Flensburg and Max Book.

Galleri Ping-Pong 

The main task of this gallery, since its start in the mid 1990s has been to find, support and exhibit works by young artists living in the region. Today this is reputable art gallery with a range far beyond Malmö. Besides its ambitions exhibition program, there are vinyl records, books and movies for sale in the venue. 

The gallery also often arranges concerts and literature evenings to show that a gallery's not just have to be a "white cube".

Krets 

Situated in an old ice cream factory galleri Krets has an ambition to exhibit international contemporary art and their main purpose is to showcase and introduce artists that have not been exhibited in the region. The organization has a open attitude towards collaborations and have with no doubt created an interesting space for art with an innovative and experimental program, put together by large variation of people.
