About the artists

Ann Frössén is a Swedish artist born in 1953, who divides her time between Paris and Stockholm. She works in a variety of mediums such as video, photography and painting. Alongside more traditional art exhibition sin galleries, for example at ID:I in Stockholm and Centre Culturel Suédois in Paris, she has come up with a number of site-specific art works. Her works are often inspired by the sea, waves and trees, using nature as a metaphor for life. Works by the artist make part of the collections at Public Art Council Sweden and National Maritime Musum in Gdańsk, among others.
