Samira Englund
På lördag kl.12 öppnar Samira Englunds tredje separat utställning på Galleri Thomassen. I This Too Shall Pass, visar hon en serie nya målningar starkt påverkade av covidkrisen. Samira Englund har en kandidat i fri konst från Goldsmiths University of London. Hon har bland annat ställt ut på Shoreditch Town Hall, London, Bollnäs Konsthall och Galleri Thomassen. Samira är representerad vid Statens konstråd, Uppsala läns landsting, Luleå kommun, Göteborgs kommun, Landstinget Gävleborg mfl. och har genomfört flera offentliga gestaltningar runt om i Sverige.
