This art gallery used to house the well known and loved company, Marabou’s laboratory. The logo of the chocolate maker and producer of baking soda used to be a stork. Their popular box of chocolates, Aladdin, was introduced in 1939, and, for many Swedish families, is forever associated with Christmas. This tasteful exhibition presents promotional material, as well as couple of story boards from commercials. With a comprehensive account of factory worker’s life at the time, this is an informative portrait of what life and work in a Swedish small town used to be like.
