Alexander Hult

Alexander Hult

Alexander Hult – lets his own experiences conduct his work. Memories of childhood landscapes and buildings recur, but with a desolation that provides a dreamy character. In the process of painting his relationship to the scene becomes stronger. Reproducing the impression is central to Alexander and the locations in his pictures are specific, yet universal. He avoids overly clear narration, and awakes our own memories when he invites us to his imagery.
